Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the YIELD service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Service publisher
The YIELD service is published by YIELD SAS, a société par actions simplifiée (French simplified joint-stock company) with share capital of €[amount to be completed], registered with the RCS (French trade and companies register) of [city] under number [SIREN to be completed], whose registered office is at [address to be completed].
Publication director: [name to be completed]. Contact: [email protected].
2. Definitions
“Service” means the YIELD platform available online. “User” means any legal entity, or its representative, using the Service. “Account” means the User’s personal space. “Partners” means the technical and financial providers referred to in these Terms.
3. Purpose of the service
YIELD is a cash management tool for companies. The Service analyses the User’s cash position, identifies the excess cash available above the minimum set by the User, and offers to place that surplus in a daily-liquidity money market fund. Every placement and every withdrawal requires the User’s explicit approval.
YIELD is a technical intermediary: the company is neither an account-keeping institution nor a custodian of the funds. Users’ funds are managed by a licensed management company and held by a licensed custodian. YIELD never has access to Users’ assets.
4. Registration and account
Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their Account.
5. Bank connection and partners
The connection to the User’s bank account is operated through Bridge, an account aggregator licensed as an account information service provider under PSD2 (DSP2 in France). YIELD has read access only to the information strictly necessary for cash monitoring and never learns the User’s banking credentials.
Placement and withdrawal operations are executed through payment initiation (PSD2) and require the User to authenticate with their bank. The money market fund is managed by a partner management company.
6. Pricing
Use of the Service is billed by YIELD as a subscription covering the monitoring and analysis of the User’s investment opportunities and the delivery of optimization signals actionable in one click. No entry fee, no withdrawal fee and no performance fee are charged in addition to that subscription. The amount of the subscription is communicated to the User before any billing. Any future change to the pricing terms would be notified to the User in advance and would apply only on the terms brought to their attention.
7. User obligations
The User undertakes to use the Service for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable regulation, not to harm the security or integrity of the Service, and not to use it for fraudulent purposes.
8. Liability
YIELD uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Service. Past performance of a placement is no guide to its future performance. Every placement carries a risk of capital loss. YIELD cannot be held liable for the placement decisions taken by the User, nor for interruptions attributable to the Partners or to events beyond its reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (trade marks, logos, interface, content) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of YIELD SAS or of its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Term and termination
The Terms apply for as long as the Service is used. The User may pause placement proposals or close their account at any time from their settings. Invested funds are returned to them in line with the fund’s liquidity terms.
12. Changes to the Terms
YIELD reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users are informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
